Enjoy this quiet and elegant space in the city's southern zone, 5 minutes from the Azteca Stadium. Nearby, we have all the city amenities, including light rail, hospitals, shops, parks, plazas, recreation centers, bowling alleys, movie theaters, restaurants, bars, markets, street markets, and much more.

Gas is not included for stays of more than 28 days and must be refilled at the end of your stay. If you require other services, please notify the host. It's a pleasure to serve you!

The accommodation

We have a washing machine, a clothesline, water jugs, and cleaning supplies. We have a full kitchen with all the essential cooking utensils, a variety of pots and pans, and high-quality tableware. There's also a spacious and elegant refrigerator for storing your food. The table is made of tempered glass and has six high-quality chocolate-colored wooden chairs. The living room is made of genuine chocolate-colored leather, which must be protected from scratches. We have two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The queen-size bedroom is made of high-quality wood and leather, which must be carefully maintained due to the cost of repairs due to its import. The crib is made of high-quality wood, and the crib is made of Memory Form material for the best care of your baby or child. If you need to upgrade to a double bed, this can be done, and there's also a TV in the living room. Important: Mexico City and the Coyoacan area are occasionally experiencing water outages, and schedules are therefore established to ensure water use is not lost. Maintenance was also recently performed on the hydropneumatic pumps used to pump water to the apartments. I mention this to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstandings.

Guest access

Being a town, you'll find a lot of shopping and activity in the surrounding area. The streets are also often narrow, with two lanes if you enter from the Tlalpan Viaduct. If you enter through Las Flores, some streets are larger and have a lot of traffic. The area isn't unsafe, but it is popular, and that scares or displeases many. The residence has all the amenities as specified, but the behavior of people outside the residential area is beyond my control. On the other hand, nearby we have the Azteca Stadium, hospitals, restaurants, museums, plazas such as Perisur, Artz, Gran Sur, Costco, parks such as Xotepingo, Santa Ursula, Bulevar de la Luz, Bosque de Tlalpan, Cuemanco, Xochimilco, Downtown Coyoacan, and much more.

Other notable aspects

The property is monitored 24/7, 365 days a year. It has 16 security cameras, a surveillance intercom, a trash can, and a proximity key. An electric gate is also available for added convenience.
